Enrich 24, oh what a night! An event dedicated to nourishing the mind, body, and soul, of our 'Warrior' netball community. The event unfolded seamlessly, thanks to the collaborative efforts of our committee, talented speakers and the generous support of the sponsor, Parfitt Cresswell.

The event kicked off with the comedic stylings of Kitty Cassis, a renowned act from the TW Fringe. With her unique blend of humour and wit, Kitty had the audience in stitches. Kitty delivered a laughter-filled segment on 'how to set up a will' alongside Carole Rowe from Parfitt Cresswell.

Enrich '24's inspirational speakers are Victoria Genevieve (top left), Jen Still (top right), Kate Azurdia (bottom left) & Emma Jefferys (bottom right).

Next on the stage was Kate Azurdia, the founder of The Good Mood Club. Kate's engaging talk focused on the power movement and music. Move your body, release Endorphins and Feel Good, a mantra we can all incorporate into our daily lives.

Emma Jefferys, also known as Action Woman, took the stage with the empowering message “15 ways to love yourself in 2024”. Her presentation left a lasting impact on the audience when tasked with “List 10 things you love about yourself”, which for most was a bit of a struggle! The main takeaway for 2024 was “Have a crush on You”.

Victoria Genevieve, the creative force behind Genevieve's Wardrobe, shared her insights on the transformative power of fashion. Her talk delved into the relationship between style and confidence, emphasizing the role of personal expression in fostering a positive self-image. Victoria's expertise left attendees inspired to embrace their unique style and celebrate their individuality. I loved the message, if sports leggings are your go-to feel-good item, hang them pride of place in your wardrobe, don’t stuff them away in your bottom drawer. No more “That’ll do” days ever again!

Jen Still, from White Feather Wellbeing, brought a holistic perspective to the stage. Her talk centred around keeping your hormones happy. Jen provided practical tips for creating a balanced and harmonious body with the 3 starting points of better sleep, intermittent fasting and what to eat when.
