(b) We retain the right to modify or amend our site, either permanently or temporarily, with or without notice, and you acknowledge that we shall not be liable for any modification or withdrawal.

(c) We may monitor activity and content on the Website, investigate violations of these Conditions or complaints related to the Website, and take appropriate actions, which may include warnings, suspensions, terminations, or content removal.

(d) We may change or modify product availability and pricing, either permanently or temporarily, without prior notice, and you acknowledge that we shall not be liable for any changes in product availability or pricing.

Please be aware that our site may undergo changes over time. We are not liable to compensate you for any inability to use our site due to site failures, suspensions, or removals.

1.3 Order Acceptance

Your order serves as an offer to purchase a product from our site. All orders are subject to our acceptance, which will be confirmed via email from TW Warriors NC. The contract between us will be formed upon our sending of this confirmation email, and proof of sending shall suffice as evidence of contract formation.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

(a) All rights, including copyright and database rights, for the website and its content, belong to or are licensed to TW Warriors NC.

(a) Our liability under the Contract is limited to the amount paid for the purchased Products.

(b) The content on our site is provided without guarantees, conditions, or warranties concerning its accuracy.

(c) We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or technical problems on our site. Any inaccuracies reported will be corrected as soon as reasonably possible.

5.2 Exclusion of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability (contractual, tort, or otherwise) for direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage incurred in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of using our site and its materials.

5.3 Exceptions

These limitations and exclusions do not affect your statutory rights and apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. They do not limit our liability for personal injury, deceit, or negligence.

6. Our Contract

6.1 Order Confirmation

Upon making an order, you will receive an email accepting your offer. This email confirms the contract between us.

7. Availability & Delivery

1. Dispatch & Delivery (our shop is via AKUMA)

Club Shop Process – All club shop orders will be processed within a few days of receiving your order, it will take a maximum of 4 weeks from your order date at the time your order was placed for your order to be delivered. During busy periods we may introduce processing dates to manage orders which may extend the delivery from 4 weeks to 6 weeks. If this is the case then you will find your processing dates and further information on the home page of your club shop. 

8. Prices & Payments

8.1 Product Prices

(a) Product prices on the Online 'Shop' section of our site are displayed on TWWarriorsNC.com and include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery costs.

(b) We are not obliged to provide a product at an incorrect price if an obvious error occurs.

8.2 Payment

Payments for TWWarriorsNC.com are processed through Stripe, accepting various payment methods.

9. Refunds & Returns

9.1 Returns

(a) For uncustomized plain stock items purchased on our Online 'Shop,' returns are accepted within 28 days of receiving the delivery for a full refund, excluding delivery charges. Goods must be unopened, undamaged, and in the original packaging with labels and tags attached. You may also exchange the product for one of equal value at TWWarriorsNC.com.

(b) TW Warriors NC kit orders are non-refundable but can be exchanged for a different size if the original product does not fit.

10. Product Aftercare

10.1 Washing Instructions

Printed products are machine washable up to 30°C. Do not dry clean, tumble dry, bleach, or iron directly on the print. Wash garments inside out.

10.2 Responsibility

We are not responsible for any damage resulting from the cleaning or drying processes after receiving the kit.

11. Training Sessions

11.1 Participation

(a) Sports injuries are uncommon, and we are not liable for any injuries that may occur.

(b) Participants should wear suitable attire and bring necessities, such as water, food, and sunscreen.

(c) Personal belongings are not our responsibility.

11.2 Payment & Cancellation

(a) Refunds will be granted for participant withdrawals up to 48 hours before the session begins. After this time refunds will not be granted.

(b) Session cancellations by us will result in a full refund.

11.3 Photography & Video

(a) Photographs and videos may be taken during activities for promotional purposes.

11.4 Insurance

Participants are covered by Public Liability Insurance during Free trial sessions. Personal liability insurance is advised but not our responsibility. We do not accept liability for events beyond our control.
